What to bring with your machine
when you bring it in for service!

All Machines and Sergers









If you are having sewing problems, please bring us a sample, and extra fabric to test on.
If you are having a problem with any stitch on your machine, please bring the appropriate presser foot for it.
If you are having a problem with any of your presser feet, please bring them.

If you are bringing in an Embroidery Machine or Large Machine
please bring the following plus all of the above parts.

For the M17 Continental, 15000, 12000, 8900, 8200, 9400, 9450, M7,(etc.) owners if you have 2 or more needle plates and or two or more bobbin cases you must bring all of them with your machine to be serviced. Some machines now have 3 needle plates. If they do please bring all three plus the proper presser foot for each of them.
If you are having a problem with any stitch on your machine, please bring the appropriate presser foot for it.
If you are having a problem with any of your presser feet, please bring them.
